國家發(fā)改委牽頭制定的《汽車零部件再制造試點(diǎn)管理辦法》草案第三稿已進(jìn)入征求意見階段。草案提出‘再制造’的概念，明確再制造要由廠家牽頭，產(chǎn)品只用于售后維修，不用于新車生產(chǎn)。
